These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Casino Training Suite mobile application and any other applications published by Tact Studio, a trade name of Computer Part Review LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
Our apps are educational tools designed to help users learn optimal strategies for casino games. The app is for training and entertainment purposes only.
Our apps are training and educational tools only. They do not involve real money gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind. No real money can be won or lost through the use of our apps. Past performance in training drills does not guarantee results in real casino settings.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The free tier provides limited access to the app, including a limited number of daily drill sessions for select games. Free tier limitations may change at any time.
All content in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, code, and training scenarios, is owned by Computer Part Review LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without our prior written consent.
Our app uses artificial intelligence to generate drill explanations, feedback, and strategy recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We make no guarantee that AI-generated strategy advice is optimal in all situations.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Computer Part Review LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
